Google is Internet giant because everyone is now depend on Google to search anything on Internet.
When we search popular person or Brand then an information box appears at right hand side, this is called Knowledge Panel or Knowledge Graph.
Google Knowledge Graph or Knowledge Panel is a search result tool which shows best and relevant results in an organised and better way on Google’s first page at the right hand side.
On Wikipedia it is called information box or infobox because it shows information about the searched entity.
What happened if your Knowledge Panel doesn’t show up when you search on Google?
Here is another way to find out your personal or business Knowledge Panel.
Google has its Knowledge Graph search API to discover any knowledge graph.
Each Knowledge Graph has its own machine readable ID which is called “MID”
How to use Knowledge Graph Search API?
Open Knowledge Graph search API website as mentioned above, then type your personal or business name in “query” for example I entered my name “Sunil Butolia” then hit Execute button.
Now you will see its result as seen on below image:
In above mentioned screenshot you can see mid of my Knowledge Graph which is like this “/g/11gxzv5k2c“
Now copy and paste your name and MID into a custom url, see below code for example:
You can then paste your custom url in web browser to see your Knowledge Graph. If you dont have your MID means your graph is not generated yet. To generate your graph you have to learn more about What is Google Knowledge Panel.
You can comment your queries to get answers.
